2. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
This contract governs the contractual relationship between the user (customer) and Moldea Estudio regarding the purchase of personalized products and items manufactured through 3D printing.
3. PRODUCT FEATURES
All products offered by Moldea Estudio are handcrafted using 3D printers. The images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes and slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of the manufacturing process.
Personalized products are made according to the specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all provided information (names, dates, texts, colors, etc.) is correct before placing the order.
4. AVAILABILITY AND PRODUCTION
Product availability is subject to material stock and production capacity. The usual production time is between 3 and 7 business days, although this may be extended during high-demand periods or due to factors beyond our control.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All product prices are expressed in euros and include the applicable VAT. Moldea Estudio reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price applied will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card, PayPal, and other options available on the website. Payments are securely processed through certified gateways.
6. SHIPPING
We ship throughout Spain. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before completing the purchase.
Orders are shipped via courier services with tracking numbers. Moldea Estudio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns are not accepted for personalized products, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
For non-personalized products, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, provided the product is in perfect, unused condition. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
To manage a return, please contact info@moldeaestudio.com, stating the reason and order number.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, designs, and products, is the property of Moldea Estudio or third parties under license, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
9. DATA PROTECTION
Moldea Estudio processes user personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679). For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Moldea Estudio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in effect at the time of purchase.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence.
